3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 The bidders are required to have Grade 3 or above qualifications for general contracting of construction projects, and have the ability to undertake construction in terms of personnel, equipment and funds.

3.2 Bidders may not form a consortium to bid.

3.3 The bidding requires the bidder to assign the project manager to have the professional qualification of Grade II of construction engineering and the registered construction engineer above, have valid production safety examination certificate, and have not served as the project manager of other construction projects under construction.

4. Acquisition of bidding documents

4.1 Bidders who receive the invitation to bid shall receive bidding documents, drawings and other materials on October 9, 2023.
